The Inland Empire Utilities Agency is a regional wastewater treatment agency and water importer that serves approximately 875,000 people in western San Bernardino County.

The San Bernadino Valley Municipal Water District is a water importer and steward of groundwater supply. The Valley encompasses nearly 400 square miles and serves 698,000 people.

The Western Municipal Water District is a regional water importer, treatment facilitator, and steward. The District serves nearly one million people across Riverside County and other areas.
